FPL/Florida Power & Light message : FPL/Florida Power & Light will be performing quarterly siren test at/@ noon on Thursday December 4th 2025, Test will involve one-minute sounding of all 91 sirens within 10-mile Saint Lucie/St Lucie plant emergency planning zone, Before & after sirens sound, message will be broadcast on sirens’ public-address system stating, “This is only a test” FP&L & St. Lucie County regularly test siren system to improve public awareness of its function and ensure its operability/operation, In unlikely event of actual emergency at/@ St Lucie/Saint Lucie plant, sirens would sound for @/at least five-minute period, Official instructions or information would follow on local radio & television
